Tallmadge Woods Condominiums is a high-end condominium development, located just north of Standale. The community is on a private road and includes city sewer and water, and cable. The development consists of 63 plotted units, segmented in through a series of four phases. Phases One - Three are all completed and occupied, and the final Phase Four is partially occupied. A few condominium homes yet remain for complete design / customization in Phase Four.
