Cambridge Grove is a residential Planned Unit Development located in Walker, MI, just north of Standale. Cambridge Grove contains beautiful single family custom homes, all required to maintain the established development standards. Cambridge Grove has been approved for 145 residential lots, phased in through a series of five phases. As of November of 2019, Phase 2 was completed and approved for home construction. This phase includes the extension of Kenowa Ave south, adding the second entrance to the neighborhood, and 20 additional lots with private settings.
