Cambridge Grove is a residential Planned Unit Development located in Walker, MI, just north of Standale. Cambridge Grove contains beautiful single family custom homes, all required to maintain the established development standards. Cambridge Grove has been approved for 145 residential lots, phased in through a series of five phases. In the spring of 2018, the ensuing phase (phase two) will be underway. This upcoming phase will include extending Kenowa Ave south, adding the second entrance to the neighborhood. This phase includes 20 additional lots, some backing into undeveloped farm ground, others backing into designated green space.
Cambridge Grove consists of city roads, maintained by the city of Walker. Within the development, a quarter will remain wooded, providing a communal nature trail. Additionally, green spaces will be available for those who live in the residential community. Cambridge Grove is a part of the Kenowa Public School District, and also is close in proximity to private schools and charter schools.
Cambridge Grove’s location provides numerous benefits for its residents. To the north, one has easy access to I-96, providing access to Muskegon or Grand Rapids areas. To the south, the growing town of Standale lies, providing all public amenities a family could ask for. Yet, with close access to commerce areas, Cambridge Grove remains within a spacious and countryside setting.
