Manen Meadows is a private executive lot development, located off Leonard St in Tallmadge Township, MI. Nestled in the rural northwest of Grand Rapids city limits, Manen Meadows will consist of seven lots - each lot will be an acre or greater. Lots are served by well and septic. Within the community, there will be one acre of designated green space - purposed to be a communal space for those who live within the development.
